Wellgistics Pharmacy was founded in 2010 by a team of dedicated professionals who set out to provide customer care at a level above and beyond anything the area had experienced before. Since its inception, the pharmacy has become a focal point of neighborhood health care and a respected link in the chain of specialty medical needs for Tampa/St. Petersburg and beyond.

Ari Aichbhaumik

Ari Aichbhaumik is a seasoned Pharmacy Practice and Specialty Solutions Executive with 30 years of experience in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. He has a strong background in managing pharmacy operations, including multi-site mail-order services, long-term care facilities, and retail pharmacies, achieving notable financial and quality results. Ari is skilled in system automation, project management, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. He served on the Florida Medicaid Bureau of Pharmacy Services Drug Utilization Review Board from 2004 to 2008 and was involved with the Florida Pharmacy Association and the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP). As a licensed pharmacist in 25 states, Ari has held leadership roles such as vice president and senior vice president, focusing on profitable growth across pharmacy operations. He also holds a CDR Certified Designated Representative license for third-party logistics and pharmaceutical wholesale operations. Ari earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from Temple University, studied Pharmacoeconomics at the University of Florida, and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Information and Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Clint Cronin, PharmD, is a dedicated Pharmacy Manager with a strong foundation in clinical and compounding pharmacy since 2020. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida. Clint completed his clinical training at Advent Health and served as Clinical Pharmacy Manager for a compounding pharmacy for three years. His expertise in personalized medicine and patient care makes him a key contributor to advancing pharmacy practices.
